How do I create an account?+
Download HitScore from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and tap “Create Account.” You can sign up with your email or continue with Google or Apple.
What is a HitScore?+
A HitScore is an AI-generated score from 0-100 that predicts how well your content is likely to perform before you post it.
How do I reset my password?+
On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot Password” and enter your email address. We will send you a link to reset your password.
Is my content data private?+
Yes. Your content is used only to generate your scores. We do not share your content with third parties. See our
Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account?+
Go to Profile → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
Is HitScore available on Android?+
HitScore is currently available on iOS. Android support is coming soon.
