1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using HitScore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
HitScore is an AI-powered content scoring and planning application. We provide tools to help creators analyze and improve their content performance.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use HitScore for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
5. HitScore Pro Subscriptions
HitScore is free to use with a daily limit on AI scores. HitScore Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that removes the daily cap and unlocks the Pro tools in Studio. It is offered on a monthly and a yearly term.
- Price and period. The price and billing period of each plan are shown in the app before you confirm, in your local currency, and are set in App Store Connect. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Free trial. Where an introductory free trial is offered, its length is shown in the app before purchase. Unused trial time is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription at the price shown.
- Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › your Apple ID › Subscriptions, or from Profile › Manage Pro in the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Restoring. Purchases can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple ID with the Restore option on the HitScore Pro screen or in Profile.
- Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are made to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com and are governed by Apple’s Media Services terms.
- Changes. If a price changes, Apple notifies you and asks for your consent before the next renewal, as required by the App Store.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of HitScore are owned by HitScore and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You keep ownership of the drafts, photos, and other content you submit; you grant us only the permission needed to process that content to produce your results.
7. AI-Generated Output
Scores, rewrites, hooks, and coach replies are generated by AI models and are predictions, not guarantees of how a post will perform. You are responsible for reviewing anything you publish. See our Privacy Policy for how your content is processed.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
HitScore is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HitScore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
